Nancy Ford
Nancy has join FPC National in 2023. Nancy comes with a background in Clinical Psychology. She completed her doctorate in 2007 and worked for many years as a Psychologist as well as in a supervisory capacity. She decided to leverage her experience and merge psychology and business as a way to help facilitate a different kind of change. Nancy began her career in recruiting and business development at FPC of New York City in 2016, starting and running a full desk from scratch. Her new role as Manager of Training and Development combines her best skills and expertise in recruitment and coaching. Nancy also runs workshops and mindfulness meditation trainings for corporate executives. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, son and two dogs.
