FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Planning Manager for an exciting client. This client is well known for the engineering and manufacture and distribution of high-quality products.
 
 
So, what will you be doing as a Planning Manager?
                  -Lead a team of supply planners ensuring alignment between sales and product availability
                  -Monitor health of inventory levels and develop plans to communicate and fix inventory shortages
                  -Develop Key Performance Indicators and execute on countermeasures as needed
                  -Support the SIOP process with forecasted inventory position
                  -Work to improve planning processes
 
To be successful, you will need:
                  -BS in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or another related field
                  -5+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Materials Management, Procurement)
                  -3+ years of leadership experience
                  -Demonstrates experience with ERP systems
                  -Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization
                  -Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 
Things considered a plus:
                  -MBA
                  -Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
                  -APICS/ISM certification (CPM, CPIM, CSCP)
                  -Oracle Net Suite
