FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Warehouse Supervisor for an exciting client. This client is well known for the design and fabrication of high-quality products.
 
 
So, what will you be doing as a Warehouse Supervisor?
                  -Provide leadership and oversight to day-to-day warehouse operations
                  -Maintain and encourage a positive, customer-focused experience
                  -Develop Key Performance Indicators and execute on countermeasures as needed
                  -Optimize material flow thorough the warehouse (receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping)
                  -Enforce safety procedures and regulations, conduct safety inspections/trainings
 
To be successful, you will need:
                  -High School Diploma
                  -5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations in an exempt status
                  -3+ years of leadership experience
                  -Strong understanding of Quality Systems, ability to follow procedures
                  -Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
                  -Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 
Things considered a plus:
                  -BS, BA, MBA
                  -Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
