This is an exclusive search under contract for a REMOTE Senior Scientific Director (Ph.D. or PharmD) Clinical Development in immunology late-stage development.

My client is a West Coast-based top biotech company, with a platform focused in part on the research, development, and commercialization of medicines to address the needs of people impacted by immune-mediated diseases. With multiple assets under development in their pipeline, R&D is adding a number of positions to the team. The Head of Clin Development is looking for a scientist (PhD or PharmD) to help lead and support the implementation of three clinical studies (Phase III. Different disease states) involving one novel asset. This particular asset is an anti-CD40 ligand being assessed for multiple B and T cell-driven diseases. Top-line Phase II data has just been released generating a high level of excitement for the teams. Phase III studies in two therapeutic areas will begin soon, with a hope of being first to market for this asset. For this position, we prefer but do not require immunology (esp rheumatology) experience. The role is remote. We are asking for 5+ years of experience in the conduct of clinical studies, with an ability to work within cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary professionals developing assets in immune-mediated diseases. Base salary is ~$300K with bonus, significant New Hire Equity, and LTI.
