Job Description:

Our recruiting firm, FPC of Flag City, is currently conducting a search on behalf of one of our confidential clients for the position of Supplier Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive performance improvements
• Conduct regular supplier audits to assess quality standards and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supplier quality requirements
• Lead supplier development projects to optimize processes and reduce costs
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve supplier-related issues
• Up to 50% Travel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supplier development or quality engineering
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and supplier management practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
