JOB DESCRIPTION: Confidential Search . Major Technical Services Company has an immediate opening for a CALL CENTER MANAGER for its Martinsburg, WV area location. This CALL CENTER MANAGER has full responsibility for all Customer Service aspects. Stable Business with continuing growth. Job functions include:
· Maximize Work Flow efficiency .
· Maintain high levels of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
· Establish and Monitor Metrics for Call Center Reps.
· Make appropriate Business Changes based on Customer Requirements.
· Manage and meet approved Budgets.
· Coach, effectively manage Call Center Reps.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS Degree preferred. Equivalent work experience OK.
· Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience .
· Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience.
· Thorough knowledge of Call Center Functions.
· Computer proficiency; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
Salary Range: $70K to $100K
