Our client is looking for an experienced Senior CI Engineer to be responsible for driving Lean best practices that will reduce costs and drive cultural change.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects, leveraging Lean methodologies to solve problems and build new capabilities.
- Facilitate Kaizen events with a "Go to Gemba" mentality.
- Bring lean expertise to operations leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on site-level CI projects, connecting results back to the P&L.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- 5-10yrs in a CI role (ETO/MTO Machining or Assembly environment preferred)
- TPS style lean training (not Six Sigma)
Compensation
$90-110k base + bonus
