EHS Specialist

Job Summary:

Ensure company operations and products adhere to relevant regulations (ISO 9001, OSHA, EPA). Monitor, document, and improve EHS program. Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal teams for compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE programs and initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and compliance issues.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and education to employees at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture.

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office Suite, etc.).
