The Field Safety Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving safety programs, leading audits, and collaborating with senior leadership on new initiatives. Office is located in Chicago. Reports to director of EHS.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 5+ work history, 3+ in safety
- Work history in manufacturing, construction, or both
- Knowledge of Safety Management Applications
- Safety Audits & Resource Planning
- Ability to manage multiple site’s safety programs
- Excellent communication skills***
- Comfortable with 40-60% travel
- US Citizen or green card holder
Compensation
- $99-116k base, 12% bonus
- 13 days of vacation. BCBS Insurance w/ low deductible. HRA & HSA options available as well.
