Seeking a mission oriented plant director position. Look no further. FPC of Ocean Springs is partnering with an innovative aerospace/defense manufacturer to fill a Plant Director role in eastern New Hampshire.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You currently manage a manufacturing facility with $100M+ in annual revenues and/or 250+ employees
- You have leadership experience in the broader supply chain function (procurement, contracts, planning, etc.)
- You have a proven track record of driving EBITDA and KPI improvements throough the deployment of Lean Manufacturing
- You have an active secret security clearance or higher (preferred, but not required)
