Lauren Mullen promoted to Senior Director of Business Development & Sales
We are excited to announce that Lauren Mullen has been promoted to Senior Director of Business & Sales on our team!
Lauren joined the FPC of Savannah office in August 2024, focusing on searches in business development and sales. Lauren became a Platinum Recruiter in 2025 – ranking as a top 10 recruiter in the FPC National system.
She applies the same talent-identification skills that helped her build championship-level teams to finding the right fit for both candidates and clients. Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University in Human Development and went on to earn her Master’s from Lehigh University, before building a successful career as an assistant, head, and executive coach in college athletics. Lauren is known for her interpersonal skills and genuine care for the people she works with.
