Chris McEwan
President
Chris established FPC of Plymouth in August of 2015. In addition to managing the internal team and business, Chris leverages his expertise in the Banking and Commercial Real Estate space to manage searches for clients across multiple disciplines within the industry.
Chris began his recruiting career in 2004 with a Boston based recruiting agency. In addition to his time on the agency side of the business, Chris has 9 years of HR recruiting experience conducting searches for multiple large financial services firms across Risk Management, Compliance, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Legal and Commercial Credit. Chris has a BS from Northeastern University in Marketing and an MBA in Management.


Larry Pope
Senior Recruiting Consultant
Larry has been recruiting for over 22 years. A majority of that time has been in Group Benefits specializing in Sales and Marketing positions. Carriers, TPA’s, Brokers, GA’s of all sizes make up his list of clients that he has partnered with. Working on a national basis he has helped 100’s of candidates and clients connect over that period of time. A number of his candidates advanced in their career paths to become clients with hiring needs of their own. Larry has a BS in Marketing from Northeastern University.

Rita has 20+ years of experience recruiting experience across a variety of market specializations with the majority of her focus on Sales and Marketing roles. At FPC of Plymouth, Rita partners with Technology companies across the US to identify Sales and Marketing professionals for mid to senior level positions. Rita’ s philosophy is assisting companies to reach aggressive Sales targets while helping to create a positive culture and a talented Sales team. Rita has built her recruiting reputation on a foundation of providing an outstanding experience for candidates and creating mutually beneficial matches between her clients and the candidates she partners with. Rita earned her BA and MAT from Charleston Southern University.
