FPC of Plymouth provides strategic recruiting services for position levels ranging from senior individual contributor roles to executive leadership functions.  We partner with our clients to determine the most appropriate approach to identify the target candidates for the position at hand.

We provide contingency, retained or hybrid model searches as well as the ability to provide contingency staffing solutions on a contract basis depending on our what is appropriate for our clients at the time.  We collaborate with our clients to determine what the most effective search approach should be based on time frame, urgency level and candidate availability based on market data to maximize the return on investment when partnering with FPC of Plymouth.

Meet The FPC Plymouth Team

Management Team
Executive Recruiters
Chris McEwan
President

Chris established FPC of Plymouth in August of 2015.  In addition to managing the internal team and business, Chris leverages his expertise in the Banking and Commercial Real Estate space to manage searches for clients across multiple disciplines within the industry.

Chris began his recruiting career in 2004 with a Boston based recruiting agency.  In addition to his time on the agency side of the business, Chris has 9 years of HR recruiting experience conducting searches for multiple large financial services firms across Risk Management, Compliance, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Legal and Commercial Credit.  Chris has a BS from Northeastern University in Marketing and an MBA in Management.

Larry Pope
Senior Recruiting Consultant

Larry has been recruiting for over 22 years. A majority of that time has been in Group Benefits specializing in Sales and Marketing positions. Carriers, TPA’s, Brokers, GA’s of all sizes make up his list of clients that he has partnered with. Working on a national basis he has helped 100’s of candidates and clients connect over that period of time. A number of his candidates advanced in their career paths to become clients with hiring needs of their own.  Larry has a BS in Marketing from Northeastern University.

Rita Grund
Senior Recruiting Consultant

Rita has 20+ years of experience recruiting experience across a variety of market specializations with the majority of her focus on Sales and Marketing roles. At FPC of Plymouth, Rita partners with Technology companies across the US to identify Sales and Marketing professionals for mid to senior level positions. Rita’ s philosophy is assisting companies to reach aggressive Sales targets while helping to create a positive culture and a talented Sales team. Rita has built her recruiting reputation on a foundation of providing an outstanding experience for candidates and creating mutually beneficial matches between her clients and the candidates she partners with. Rita earned her BA and MAT from Charleston Southern University.

To help candidates, to the best of our ability, avoid employers with documented histories of unstable financial, unethical, or illegal employment or business practices.

To never withhold information that is detrimental to the candidate.

To refer candidates only to bona fide positions that have been discussed with all parties.

To avoid actions or advice which might jeopardize a candidate’s position with his or her current employer.

To advise all candidates to avoid giving notice or leaving their current employment until all stages of the hiring process are complete.
