NEW YORK, July 11, 2024 – F-O-R-T-U-N-E Personnel Consultants (FPC), a nationwide network of over 60 franchised executive recruitment offices, proudly announces the new ownership of FPC of Cambridge, MA. Founded by Aline Wildes, the office will now be owned and led by Joellen Lane. FPC of Cambridge will continue to specialize in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry, offering expertise and recruitment services tailored to this dynamic sector.
Joellen Lane brings over 25 years of experience at FPC of Cambridge in executive search, with specialized knowledge in Preformulation, Formulation, Analytical Development, Bioanalytical, and Process Development. Her academic background includes a BA in Communications from Bradford College.
Under Joellen’s leadership, FPC of Cambridge will continue to provide high-quality services, including executive search, custom talent acquisition projects, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, and process mapping and succession planning.
Joellen expressed her enthusiasm for taking ownership of FPC of Cambridge, stating, “I am thrilled to take on the leadership of FPC of Cambridge, where I have been an executive recruiter for over 25 years.
