Management Team
Mort holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut School of Business and brings over fifteen years of operations management experience across a variety of industries and locations. Under his leadership, FPC of Savannah has grown into one of the top-performing offices in the franchise for several consecutive years. His broad business acumen and steady guidance drive the team’s continued success.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, and brings a strong cross-functional management background paired with a genuine passion for people and relationships. Her effective communication skills and deep commitment to understanding client needs help her consistently secure top talent. Ashley has achieved Platinum Recruiter status multiple times, a testament to her dedication and results.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s in Sport Management from Grand Valley State University and a Master’s in Adult Education and Community Leadership from Armstrong State University, and spent over a decade coaching basketball at the NCAA Division I and professional levels in Europe. He channels the talent-matching instincts he honed in athletics into connecting candidates with leading engineering organizations. Chris is a consistent Platinum Recruiter, recognized for his leadership and communication skills.
Chris graduated summa cum laude from Providence College and earned her Master’s in English Literature from the University of New Hampshire before transitioning her thirteen-year career in intercollegiate athletics into executive recruiting. She has been a franchise-wide top ten producer since 2017 and was the top consultant across the entire FPC network in 2018. A multiple-time Platinum Recruiter, Chris leverages energy, integrity, and deep relationship-building skills to connect exceptional candidates with the right organizations.
Dana brings over 20 years of executive recruiting experience to FPC, including VP and C-suite searches across a wide range of industries. She holds an MPH degree and has a proven track record building community health coalitions at local, state, and national levels, as well as co-founding a 501(c)(3) animal rescue. Her diverse background in relationship-building and recruiting gives her a unique ability to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
Jimmy holds a Finance degree from East Carolina University, an Accounting degree from Athens State University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix and Alabama, and brings over 25 years of operations and finance executive leadership from private equity firms and Fortune 100 companies. His executive background gives him a distinct ability to identify not just technical fits, but cultural ones, making him an asset throughout the search process.
Cori holds three degrees – a B.A. in Communication from the University of Arizona, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School, and an M.A. in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington – and draws on her counseling and athletics background to connect with candidates and clients on a uniquely personal level. Her strong eye for detail and people-focused approach make her a skilled liaison between top organizations and exceptional talent. Cori was honored as Rookie of the Year in 2024.
A Savannah native, Morgan received her Bachelor’s in History from Georgia Southern University in 2021 and brings extensive experience in customer relations to her recruiting work. Her ability to cultivate strong client relationships ensures she deeply understands what organizations are looking for in a candidate. Morgan’s sharp research skills allow her to consistently source top talent that meets her clients’ specific needs.
Gary attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities for his undergraduate studies and St. Cloud State University for graduate school, and brings more than a decade of experience as an Associate Director and Director of Sports Performance in collegiate athletics. He uses that foundation of building strong relationships and managing high expectations to place top candidates and help organizations grow. Gary is passionate about partnering with clients to meet their specific needs.
Jared earned a B.S. and M.Ed. from the University of Delaware and spent more than two decades as a college football assistant coach and coordinator, contributing to championship-caliber programs throughout his career. He brings an authentic, people-first approach to leadership and a proven ability to identify talent that fits both technically and culturally. Jared’s deep experience in recruiting, player development, and staff collaboration translates seamlessly into executive search.
Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University in Human Development and went on to earn her Master’s from Lehigh University, before building a successful career as an assistant, head, and executive coach in college athletics. She applies the same talent-identification skills that helped her build championship-level teams to finding the right fit for both candidates and clients. Lauren is a Platinum Recruiter, known for her interpersonal skills and genuine care for the people she works with.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Trine University and a Master’s in Sport Management from Ball State University, and brings 26 years of collegiate athletics leadership to her recruiting practice. Her experience building strong, goal-driven teams translates directly into forging meaningful partnerships between world-class manufacturers and quality candidates. Lisa was named Rookie of the Year in 2023 and continues to be a high performer for the team.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s in Human Development from Washington State University and a Master’s in Teaching from Boise State University, and most recently served as a high school teacher where he honed strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills. He applies a detail-oriented and patient approach to understanding candidate and client needs alike. Michael’s ability to identify individual strengths helps him match elite talent with top-performing organizations.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Master’s in Education with a focus on Sport Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and brings experience as a varsity head coach, NCAA Division I recruiter, and tech industry recruiter. Her ability to understand both the technical and cultural dimensions of a role makes her a standout partner for clients seeking a high-quality match. Nicole joined FPC in 2023 and has quickly established herself as a Platinum Recruiter in 2025.
Terry holds a B.S. in Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University and an MSEd from Elmira College, and spent 30 years building competitive NCAA Division I teams. He brings that same approach of developing mutually beneficial relationships to help candidates and organizations maximize their potential. Terry is a Platinum Recruiter with a reputation for building lasting partnerships grounded in trust.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s from Canisius University, and brings a decade each of staffing industry and college athletics experience to FPC. He built and ran a multi-million-dollar recruitment marketing department from scratch and has worked with dozens of recruiting companies, giving him a sharp eye for process, speed, and fit. Matt’s passion for data and deep understanding of candidate pipelines make him a strong asset for clients.
Shelly graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and has been a part of the FPC family since 2008. She joined the Savannah team as a Sr. Program Manager supporting marketing and business development efforts. Shelly’s long tenure and broad institutional knowledge make her an invaluable part of the team.
Hunter holds a Master’s in English from Georgia Southern University and brings years of organizational and writing experience to his role at FPC. He spearheads office operations, digital transitions, and accounting needs for the Savannah team. Hunter’s background ensures the office runs efficiently and continues to grow.
