Mort Shor
Managing Partner

Key Searches: Manufacturing Operations and Senior Management for Industrial, Consumer Products and Capital Goods with an emphasis on Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

Mort received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut School of Business. He has a broad range of experience in many aspects of business. For over fifteen years, he has been in operations management in a variety of industries and locations.

Ashley Duff
Dir. Continuous Improvement

Ashley received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her passion for people and fostering relationships will drive her to ensure she understands all aspects of a clients needs. She brings a strong cross-functional management background which, combined with her effective communication skills, will aid her in securing top talent for her clients.

Chris Gillett
Senior Director Engineering

A member of the FPC of Savannah team since 2015, Chris has successfully transitioned from a thirteen-year career in intercollegiate athletics, having served as both a head and assistant coach. After graduating summa cum laude from Providence College, Chris earned her Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of New Hampshire. Dana Bertagnolli
Senior Director of Chemical Operations and EHS

Dana brings to FPC over ten years of executive recruiting experience, including VP and C-level searches across various industries. Dana has a Masters of Public Health and has spent time in community health coalitions and health education in addition to recruiting. Dana will utilize her diverse background in recruiting and relationship-building to understand her client’s needs and recruit top-quality candidates.

James Flowers

Marketing Manager

Originally from Central America, Laura graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Media Studies Communication. She focuses on marketing strategy, internal, and external communication. As a skilled content creator, she helps expand FPC’s outreach through various online platforms.

Cheryl Searles

Cheryl has been with FPC of Savannah since 2006 and works as the Controller. She has over twenty years of accounting experience. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her church accounting department, reading, and baking.

Hunter Walsh
Director, Business Operations

Hunter received his Master’s in English from Georgia Southern University. He brings to FPC years of organizational and writing experience. Hunter serves as the Director of Business Operations, spearheading: office operations, digital transitions, and business development.

Lisa Porter
Project Manager

Lisa joined FPC of Savannah in 2018 and brings 20+ years of experience in business management and customer service to assist and support the recruitment process. As Project Manager, she serves the FPC’s executive recruiters and is instrumental in office operations.

Morgan Reddick 
Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner

Morgan is a Savannah native. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in History from Georgia Southern University in 2021.
