Matt joined FPC in 1997 and has served as President of FPC of Huntsville since 2016. With deep expertise in executive, senior operations, and senior-level business development searches, Matt focuses on supporting the electronics manufacturing industry.

Executive Recruiter

Cynthia joined FPC in 2020 following a successful career in media sales and quickly established herself as a top consultant. She was named Rookie of the Year in the FPC system and has earned Platinum Club recognition for the past two years.

Specializing in senior-level roles across the Aerospace & Defense industry, Cynthia focuses on Software and Systems Engineering, AI/ML and Data Science, and Chief Scientist positions. She is deeply passionate about supporting the Warfighter and National Defense and is actively involved in industry organizations, including Women in Defense (Board Member), National Space Club, Space Force Association, AFCEA, AAAA, AUSA, Society of Women Engineers, and NDIA SMDWG.

To exercise professional judgment in screening and referring candidates for identified positions with clients.

To never withhold information that is detrimental to the candidate.

To avoid actions or advice that might jeopardize a candidate’s position with his or her current employer.

To advise all candidates to avoid giving notice or leaving their current employment until all stages of the hiring process are complete.
