Meet The FPC Riverwood Team

Management Team
John Reinke
Managing Partner

John Reinke is a proven leader with over a decade of operations experience.  John helps industry leading companies identify, recruit, and place top-tier leaders from the Manager to Executive-level on their teams.  Since launching FPC Riverwood in 2018, he has taken an active part in the successful placement of several dozen key leaders across the Distribution, Logistics, and Transportation industries and was elected by his peers to serve on the Board of Advisors for FPC National.  His focus is ensuring that every candidate and client receives an exceptional experience working with his firm.

While in industry, John served in leadership positions at the Director-level with Fortune 500 and privately held corporations.  John graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point.  Before cutting his teeth in warehousing and logistics, he served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, where he led in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of four deployments overseas in support of the Global War on Terrorism.

To be sensitive to the goals and needs of candidates. If unable to help them, to do the best to recommend them to an appropriate source.

To avoid making representations or promises that cannot be supported by facts.

To help candidates, to the best of our ability, avoid employers with documented histories of unstable financial, unethical, or illegal, employment or business practices.

To never withhold information that is detrimental to the candidate.

To refer candidates only to bona fide positions that have been discussed with all parties.

To avoid actions or advice that might jeopardize a candidate’s position with his or her current employer.

To advise all candidates to avoid giving notice or leaving their current employment until all stages of the hiring process are complete.
