Management Team
Bill Martin
Founder

Founder of FORTUNE Personnel Consultants of Greensboro, NC, Inc. has over 30 years experience nationally and internationally in lean manufacturing and SCM synchronization environments. He has served in numerous capacities from Director to Vice President in supply chain management and operations assignments. He has been a hands-on practitioner of lean Gemba transformation and supply chain synchronization management as a former Danaher Director of SCM. Mr. Martin opened Fortune of Greensboro in 1988 and has directed the business growth to become one of the nation’s leading supply chain management/lean manufacturing executive recruitment firms and the Number 1 office in the Fortune Systems that was recently recognized by Forbes. Mr. Martin’s primary AREAS OF FOCUS is Executive retained search in lean transformation and synchronous SCM environments. FPC of Greensboro also has a Strategic Procurement Division. In 2019 Mr. Martin expanded their Engineering Staff to form a Mechatronics Engineering Division to support the skill sets required in the contemporary advanced automated manufacturing industry. In 2007 Will Martin, MSc Genetics, created our leading Life Sciences Division. In 2020 Mr. Martin created a Diversity Recruitment Division to serve the needs of Corporations seeking to grow their Diversity Employee base and inclusive efforts.

Will specializes in placing leaders in the Medical Device, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Martin holds degrees in both Zoology and Biotechnology, as well as a Master’s of Genetics from North Carolina State University. Mr. Martin has several years of experience working with leading biological supply and biotechnology companies, with focus ranging from Product Development to Marketing. Chris Osl
DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Chris specializes in the recruitment and placement of global supply chain management, strategic sourcing and procurement professionals across all industries in manufacturing, the service sector, etc. Mr. Osl’s primary focus is to provide hi-caliber professionals to clients who are seeking individuals for key leadership roles, succession planning initiatives, supply chain transformations, etc. These candidates have demonstrated abilities and results in key areas including: strategy development, global sourcing, supplier development, supply base management & optimization, cost modeling / analysis, contracts, negotiations, new product development and lean manufacturing / six sigma. With over 10 years of experience in the executive recruiting arena, he is recognized as the leading resource for supply chain management professionals, industry trends, analysis, benchmarking, etc. In addition, Mr. Osl has several years of experience with world-class supply chain operations while working with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Bell Laboratories. A graduate of James Madison University, Mr. Osl has served in a variety of positions with extensive experience in global strategic sourcing / corporate procurement, materials management, logistics and e-commerce

John Perez
Senior Executive Recruiter

Mr. Perez came to FPC in 2016, after a 30 year pharmaceutical career in sales, marketing, and sales training leadership, with Norwich Eaton Pharmaceuticals, Parke-Davis, and 18 years at Eli Lilly and Company. His focus is in commercial side pharmaceutical marketing, commercial operations, market access and medical affairs roles. Mr. Perez holds a degree in biology from Wingate University, and did graduate work in physiology at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
