Meet The FPC Bangor Team

Management Team
Gilly Hitchcock
President
Gilly started FPC Bangor in 1998 and has been successfully recruiting in all fields in pulp and paper and allied suppliers. She holds a B.S. from Montana State University and has over 25 years experience in pulp and paper- manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, quality control and sales roles. She is an active participant in industry and community associations.

Director of Pulp & Paper/ Specialty Industry Recruiting

Bob has over 40 years of paper industry experience working in mills and on the supplier side of the business. He received his BS and MS in Wood Science and his MBA from University of Maine and specializes in Operations and Maintenance.

Leisa J.C. Wallace
Recruiting Associate/ Office Manager
Leisa has been recruiting for the Pulp & Paper industry and managing the office at FPC Bangor since 1999. In addition, she has six years experience as a customer service representative in the banking industry and 14 years in sales and marketing of financial services. Her experience includes candidate research & screening, resume preparation, website & database management, office & financial reporting and accounting duties. Leisa manages most of the exchanges through the FPC network and actively participates in nearly all of Bangor’s projects

To exercise professional judgment in screening and referring candidates for identified positions with clients.
