About FPC of Concord
FPC of Concord was founded in October 1998 by Harry DeNardo to recruit for the Chemical, Automotive and General Manufacturing industries. We started by placing professionals in all engineering disciplines and management positions. In 2001, we began building an additional client base in the Healthcare industry, working with hospitals, single specialty groups, multi-specialty groups, and clinics. Practicing physicians, fellows, and residents in all specialties now partner with us in their career searches. FPC of Concord is an active member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR).

Meet FPC of Concord
Management Team
Joel DeNardo is President of FPC of Concord. He specializes in placing professionals in the chemical industry. Since 1999, he has successfully matched hundreds of job seekers with Fortune 500 Companies across the United States.
His recruiting expertise is in R&D and Chemical Manufacturing; including PhD Chemists, PhD Chemical Engineers, Process and Production Engineers, Project Management, Maintenance and Electrical Engineers, and Management Level Professionals.
After earning his Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from The University of Tennessee, Joel managed a national restaurant chain. He attributes his success as a recruiter to his experience as a restaurant manager and from working in hospitality for the Walt Disney World Company.
Joel achieved Million Dollar recruiter status in 2004, from matching the right professionals with the right careers. Other notable accomplishments include ranking second in production for the entire FPC National Franchise during 2004. In addition, he achieved a number one ranking for exchange placements during the same year.
Dawn DeNardo joined FPC in 2020. She comes to us with a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Tennessee and an MS in Instruction, Curriculum & Leadership from the University of Memphis.
Prior to joining FPC, Dawn was an experienced science teacher and successful business owner. Dawn provides support to FPC in the areas of online research, market surveillance and development, and business management. She currently lives in Farragut with her husband, two daughters, and dogs.

A member of the FPC of Concord team since 2022, Mackenzie has successfully transitioned from an Accounting Intern to Administrative Assistant in Operations to Executive Recruiter for FPC of Concord. Mackenzie leverages her vast experience building relationships with energy and integrity to her current role, facilitating connections between candidates and organizations whose core values and strengths mesh. Mackenzie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and minor in supply chain from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she was also an active member of Tri-Delta sorority.
Maddy Moyers
Wellness Coach & Yoga Instructor
Maddy has B.S. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, is a certified Yoga instructor, and is currently in graduate school studying Mental Health Counseling. She provides FPC of Concord employees with personally designed and results driven Wellness Programs & Yoga Instruction in the convenience of our office. The owners have reported a decrease in stress and time-off, while having a happier and healthier workplace. Maddy continues to challenge them by offering them opportunities to participate in a 5k Run/Walk or stretch during off days.

To advise all candidates to avoid giving notice or leaving their current employment until all stages of the hiring process are complete.
