FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Quality Manager an excellent client!  This company is well-known for the design and manufacture of high-quality products used in the consumer, medical devices, and pharmaceutical markets.
 
 
So, what will you be doing as Quality Manager?
                  -Manage day-to-day quality efforts in multiple facilities
                  -Maintain all QMS procedures and work instructions
                  -Work directly with external customers to resolve quality issues
                  -Issue and investigate corrective actions
                  -Act as point of contact for customer and ISO related quality audits
                  -Assist Manufacturing and Engineering in the design and implementation of process improvements
 
What you will need to be successful:
                  -BS in Engineering, Quality, or another related discipline
                  -5+ years of experience managing quality systems in a manufacturing setting
                  -Proficiency in FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 5S
                  -Experience in the deployment and maintenance of ISO certification
                  -Ability to communicate internally to all levels of the organization, as well as to external customers/vendors
                 
 
Other things considered a plus:
                  -MBA
                  -Experience in plastic molding, or assembly of complex products
                  -Six Sigma certification
                  -CQE or CQM certification
