I am helping an early stage additive manufacturing company add a Head of Production due to growth.

- They make single parts that would take 8 separate components if made by traditional CNC means
- A ton of variety. Orders are very low volume, like 1-10 pieces
What they are looking for in a candidate:
- Experience with or demonstrated passion for 3D printing & additive manufacturing
- Supervision of a production team of 25+ associates
- Background in traditional CNC machining would be great
- Scheduling, work planning experience would be great
- Sense of urgency
- Technical background to assist in resolving process issues, GD&T skills
- BSME, BS Materials preferred
