I'm retained to assist a global leading supplier of biomass energy top grade their GM in east Texas.
Why this is a great opportunity:

- Contractually oversold : the customers have to buy all that the company can make- Plant is doing well but not producing near capacity

What they are looking for in a candidate:
- Eager, growth-centric, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong financial and operations acumen (it's a GM role, after all)
- Demonstrates both collaborative and directive leadership styles appropriate to the situation
- Experience in 24x7, high capital, high OEE environments would be nice
- Production leadership at the site level or at least deep understanding of such
- BS in Engineering, Business, or Finance preferred; MBA preferred
