Location: Spring Hill, TN
Responsibilities:
-Oversee warehouse and transportation operations across 4M sq. ft. (multiple buildings) on the same property.
-Manage multi-shift operations (2-3 shifts based on each building) from Monday to Friday, with exceptions for Saturdays based on production schedule needs.
-Lead a team of 100-120 employees, including 8-10 direct reports (Department Managers) and 100+ hourly workers.
-Work in partnership with a Union focused OEM.
-Manage daily inventory of $100M+ across 10K+ SKUs.
-Ensure efficient material flow and inventory management from receipt to line side presentation, utilizing a Manhattan-based system.
-Accountable for annual budget and P&L.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation.
-Experienced in high-volume distribution operations.
-Strong knowledge of WMS platforms, Manhattan-based program experience is a plus.
-Prefer Lean/Six Sigma certifications.
-Ability to act autonomously and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
-Experience in kitting, sub-assembly, and value-added services.
-Root cause and corrective action expertise.
-Financial acumen for budget / P&L management.

-Reports to a Director of Operations
