Job Description:

The organization manufacturers precision, safety critical products and the scope of production includes foundries, forge, heat treat, machining, welding, assemblies, and painting... Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems
  • Establish quality control procedures
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance
  • Provide leadership in quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive quality objectives
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead efforts to achieve quality certifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Quality certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus
