Summary
FPC of North Ridge has partnered with a reputable client to seek a talented Senior Procurement Manager. The client is a renowned manufacturer and distributor of industry-leading products within the hospitality, medical, and food service sectors.
Responsibilities
- Global sourcing of packaging and corrugate (China and Europe)
- Support development and refinement of Global Procurement strategy across operations and category management
- Lead change management initiatives to integrate newly acquired companies' procurement operations into the centralized sourcing structure
- Utilize market intelligence to anticipate industry shifts, derive insights for negotiations, and inform decision-making processes
Qualifications
- BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Extensive knowledge of packaging and corrugate commodities, including market trends and key suppliers
- Proven experience in global sourcing, preferably in Asia
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and procurement integration
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field
- Lean certification (Six Sigma Black Belt)
- Prior experience with Business System deployment
