FPC of Lakewood Ranch

Do you have an strong background in working as a project manager (not in IT, but as a scientific PM within pharmaceutical development - clinical trials/regulatory, etc.) and have direct experience in advancing the better application of the PM tools already in use and/or making recommendations for new PM tools that should be implemented?

This role would work primarily in customizing project management tools for improved communications across all departments involved in the pharma development process (clinical, regulatory, R&D, marketing, etc.). I'm working with a well-funded and expanding clinical stage biotech whose lead asset is heading into phase 3, so now is an exciting time to join. This hands-on and fully remote Associate Director of Project Management role would focus on providing front end support to the entire PM group in helping to customize and optimize their PMIS (working with their IT group who would provide the backend support). The VP is seeking someone who is really a PM tools "nerd" and someone who really enjoys being able to implement improvements with PM processes and reporting tools as the company has grown quickly (now up to about 150 people). This person would also provide some direct project management support as well on selected projects. The hiring manager (VP) is seeking someone with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical development process.

Please only apply if you have direct experience within the pharmaceutical industry employed as a project/program manager (clinical trials/regulatory affairs/CMC drug development managing timelines/budgets, milestones etc. to commercialization). All other resumes submitted not be saved in our database.
