Division Vice President 

The Division Vice President will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing the division ensuring growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This executive position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in operational management.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Full profit and loss (P&L) accountability
• Assessment of existing and potential markets, fostering strategic alliances with key customers
• Interacting with executives and major customers on a regular basis
• Functional oversight of Engineering, Procurement, Materials Management, Quality, Warehousing and logistics, and Business Excellence, including cross-functional responsibilities in Human Resources and Finance

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive multimillion-dollar revenues
• Proven track record in improving operational metrics and efficiencies
• Excellent customer management, operational, and financial acumen
• Defense industry experience
• Experience with electronic products
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in high-stress environments
• BS Engineering, MBA preferred
