Our client, a large chemical company, is interested in hiring a Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the United States. Great opportunity for a successful Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to take his/her career to the next level. The Sales Manager will drive new business growth, establish pricing models, create short-term and long-term sales / marketing plans, manage distribution chain, build new partnerships, and delivering value to customers. This role will be 100% remote, but will require travel to the manufacturing sites. Compensation includes a generous base salary, aggressive commission plan, annual bonus and impressive medical, dental and retirement benefits.
Requirements:
At least five years sales experience .
Experience managing and mentoring professionals.
Strong established industry contacts preferred.
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or relevant experience in the chemical / plastics industry.
