Our client, a large chemical company, is interested in hiring a Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the United States. Great opportunity for a successful Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to take his/her career to the next level. The company offers an excellent career path for future promotions into key business management roles in the organization. The Sales Manager will drive new business growth, establish pricing models, create short-term and long-term sales / marketing plans, manage distribution chain, build new partnerships, and delivering value to customers. This role will be 100% remote, but will require travel to the manufacturing sites. Compensation includes a generous base salary, aggressive commission plan, annual bonus and impressive medical, dental and retirement benefits.

Requirements:

At least five years sales experience .
Experience managing and mentoring professionals.
Strong established industry contacts preferred.
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or relevant experience in the chemical / plastics industry.
