FPC is partnering with an established manufacturing-focused organization that is seeking a Product Integration Engineer to support complex electrical and electromechanical product lines. This role plays a critical part in managing engineering changes, system configurations, and cross-functional integration across the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically versatile, and comfortable coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and service teams while independently driving projects to completion.

Location: Ventura County, CA

Salary: Up to $130K

Key Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, change control, and integration activities for electrical and electromechanical products
• Maintain and structure product parameters and documentation within enterprise systems
• Serve as a technical problem-solving resource for manufacturing and field-related issues
• Translate engineering design changes (electrical, mechanical, and software) into actionable integration plans
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, planning, manufacturing, and service teams to meet project milestones
• Independently manage multiple projects with limited oversight, including scope, timelines, and communication
• Review and process engineering change records and assess downstream business and technical impact
• Support software integration for electromechanical assemblies while maintaining legacy compatibility
• Act as a mentor and technical resource for junior engineers
• Participate in internal technical reviews and audits
• Assist with troubleshooting production, field, and system-reported issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in an engineering or integration-focused role
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or lab environment and collaborate across disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Familiarity with configuration or product lifecycle management tools
• Exposure to CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks)
• Knowledge of scripting or configuration languages (VBA, XML, batch scripting)
• Experience using project management platforms
• PMP or formal project management training

Work Environment

• Combination of office, engineering lab, and production floor settings
• Regular interaction with electromechanical equipment and manufacturing operations
• Occasional physical activity, including walking production areas and lifting moderate weights
