FPC of Hendersonville is excited to assist a leading client in their search for a passionate National Sales Manager. They are seeking an experienced professional to help them continue shaping the future of iconic products in the Destination and Leisure business. The primary focus is on headwear and potential expansion into apparel. The ideal candidate will bring proven sales leadership experience, the energy to evolve business standards, and the strategic mindset to manage and grow sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of multi-line sales reps across the U.S. to drive growth in the destination and leisure markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for headwear and apparel, targeting new opportunities and ensuring profitability.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to optimize team effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for strategic customers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evolve market strategies to meet changing demands.
- Travel 50-75%
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience managing multi-line sales teams.
- Strong background in custom logo work for apparel, drinkware, or promotional products.
- Experience selling to resorts, hotels, casinos, cruise lines, theme parks, or other destination markets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic, results-oriented with expertise in sales forecasting, KPI management, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required
