FPC of Greensboro is assisting a local Chemicals manufacturing client in their search for a Customer Service Representative. This role will receive and enter orders into the SAP system. They will also communicate with customers regarding the status of their order.
This role will also interact with Sales, Logistics, Planning/Scheduling, and Internal Support.
A high school degree is a minimum, along with 2-3 year's of customer service experience in a SAP environment. SAP order entry experience is required.
