A new position focused on the creation of a new centralized procurement function. Seeking an architect to develop the strategy, create procurement standards and integrate multiple businesses. Will establish policies procedures, performance metrics and procurement strategies that improve overall business profitability.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience, possess strategic vision and have prior demonstrated experience building a procurement function(s). Key behavioral traits desired include: entrepreneurial spirit, change management, influential leadership skills and collaborative relationship skills. Must have BA/BS degree (MDA preferred). Salary plus bonus.
