Focus:
- Category Management: ownership for multiple categories of spend; development of sourcing strategies; supply base management; total cost optimization
- New Product Development: collaborate with R&D / engineering; influence product designs & cost structures; drive supplier selection
- Use of supplier scorecards, cost models: TCO, VA/VE, DTC; data analytics and project leadership acumen
Experience: 5-10 years of related experience in strategic sourcing
Qualifications: BA/BS degree; transferable skills
Compensation: $100-140K salary + bonus opportunity
