Position: Demolition Superintendent

Salary Range: $100k to $140k DOE

We are seeking to hire a Midwest based Demolition Superintendent. This is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in the demolition of heavy industrial facilities, commercial and looking for the next big step in their career.

Essential Functions of the Job: 

Supervise crews of varying size.
Schedule multiple tasks to keep jobs progressing based upon contract and time constraints.
Prioritize demolition phases and tasks.
Problem solves as issues arise with knowledge and critical thinking
Work within budgetary constraints
Familiarity with demolition protocol, practices and demolition activities
Collaboration with team members in a structured environment
Consistent and accurate work quality
Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings and specifications.
Competency in project design and implementation.
Adherence to Corporate and OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Prefer 5-10 years’ experience with demolition of Heavy Industrial, Commercial or Municipal Sites.
Petro-Chem, Power, Paper Mill experience is greatly desired.
Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising demolition projects
OSHA 30
Travel is REQUIRED 100% of the time
