JOB DESCRIPTION:
HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR career opportunity. Manufacturing Plant start up Jacksonville, FL area. Reports to Plant Manager. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR activities providing support to Plant Leaders.
Job functions include :
· Recruitment and selection of employees. Includes New Hire Onboarding.
· Oversee Kronos Timekeeping and Payroll entries.
· Lead employee Engagement initiatives.
· Help resolve Employee related issues.
· Provide Management with interpretation of Company / HR policies and practices.
· Maintain Employee records.
· Help foster a Non Union work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· BS Degree in Human Resources or related Degree.
· Minimum 1 years HR Coordinator experience in a fast paced Manufacturing environment.
· Experience using an HR Information system such as Workday.
· Knowledge of OSHA a positive.
· Proficient in MS Office. Word and Excel.
· Demonstrated sound Oral and Written communication skills.
