Job Description:
Our client, a global supplier of solder technologies and attachment materials for the electronics assembly industry, is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in developing innovative products and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will lead product development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solder and Argomax preforms and associated manufacturing processes.
- Lead the development of new technologies and production processes for innovative products.
- Manage projects to enhance current processes or introduce new processes for diverse preform production.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for product development.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new products and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in tool engineering, precision stamping, extrusion, etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360 for design purposes.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
