Working with a growing metals client located in Northeastern Ohio that is searching for a new plant Quality Manager. The focus of this role is plant quality systems management and development. Hiring manager is seeking an experienced quality leadership professional from places like steel mills, foundries, or pipe/tube mills that has the education and skills for future career advancement.
Requirements:
· BS Degree
· 5 to 10 years of metals industry quality engineering
· ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems management
· Quality expertise with SPC, PFMEA, Control Plants, and PPAP
· Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
· Desired – Engineering or Metallurgy degree
· Desired – CQE related certification
· Desired – Metals melting, casting, rolling, or tube/pipe mill expertise
· Desired – Prior supervisory experience within manufacturing
