Working with a world class chemical manufacturing leader. They are looking for an Operations Manager in southeast, TX. Salary: 75k-95k. This role has 6 directs and reports to Plant Manager. This is a 1 shift operations. Looking for someone with 2-5 yrs. in manufacturing leadership exp. Company is very lean focused. Lots of promotional growth!
- Implements fundamental tools with a heavy focus on daily management, continual improvement, and problem solving.
- Assists in the development of the annual operations budget; identifying capital and facility maintenance costs; and identifying/implementing cost minimization practices
- Evaluate and modify finished good Min/Max inventory levels; update balance adjustments; and conduct audits; cycle counting
