Working with the leading U.S. drone manufacturer and world leader in autonomous flight. They are looking for Head of Supply Chain. Base: 240k-300k w/ up to 250k in annual equity paid- out bonus. They are working to complete onshoring as Made in America Company. They are moving more of the supply base to the US. The company has 2.2 billion evaluation. 600 people. Their clients are Commercial, Municipal, Heavy Duty, and Military. They are looking for someone that is not only strategic but someone who has had facility/company startups and understands tactical part.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Direct experience leading a Supply Chain organization with a minimum of 12 years experience.
- Experience in manufacturing operations including in-house as well as outsourced manufacturing
Strategic Planning and ability to simplify complex issues and topics - APICS/ASCM CPIM and CSCP accreditations preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of supply chain processes including demand management, S&OP, production planning, capacity planning, material planning and procurement, order fulfillment, master data and life-cycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across boundaries (functional and cultural) and form effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Demonstrated change management and process management experience is preferred
