Working with a world class chemical manufacturing leader. They are looking for a Director of Manufacturing in Richmond, VA. Salary: 165k – 190k/ w/ 20% bonus. This role will be responsible for 5 smaller sites- 6 Directs in the US and Latin America. P&L is 600 Million. Looking for someone with who can develop and lead Plant Managers. Lean exp. required. Lots of promotional growth!
- Establish Manufacturing standard practices and processes. (equipment, training, policies, procedures.
- Partner with country leaders of Latin America to ensure consistent manufacturing practices globally.
- Oversee preventative maintenance project plan and capital requests.
- Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate company tools to eliminate waste.
