Working with a Fortune 500 Manufacturer that is looking for a Corporate Lean Leader in Northeast, IN. Salary: DOE (120k +) w/ bonus + relo. This is a tactical/strategic role reporting into VP of Ops. This individual will support multi plants on same campus while lead continuous improvement efforts. This role is open due to huge company growth with M&A's. Looking for someone who is experienced at leading Kaizen events/Gemba walks.
Job Responsibility's
- Evaluate and recommend projects/programs providing opportunities for improvements in key measurement areas (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, & Morale), in order to better meet the voice of our clients and manage multiple projects with dynamically shifting priorities and targets.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, and problem-solving, train & facilitate solving of simple and complex problems. A3 reports using PDCA, DMAIC, 8D solving techniques, value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen events.
- Develop, observe and evaluate KPI’s to pinpoint improvement opportunities and track progress
