Working with an industry-leading manufacturer of insulated panel systems that is looking for a Plant Manager located around Johnson City-Kingsport-Bristol, TN-VA. The Base salary is 130k-150k w/ bonus + 401k. This role reports to VP of Manufacturing. Looking for a Lean Leader with exp. in high volume customized production environments.
- Engage employees in a team atmosphere advancing employee involvement, and process and quality ownership. Promote as a culture open - dialogue, idea generation, and winning as a team.
- Support budget development for recurring expense and capital needs and operate within. Own defined Operational Performance metrics adherence to and control / corrective measures as needed.
