Working with a world class electrical manufacturing company, that is looking for a Regional Sales Mgr. 100% Paid Medical! This is a Hybrid role. Salary: 150k – 200k/w bonus + car allowance. Role requires 25% travel. Will be responsible for 1099 Sales reps From Wisconsin to Dallas. This role will be communicating with customers, and improve the Sales network within the designated Regions. YOY revenue is 2x’s.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term order intake.
- Improve the Sales network within the designated Regions for Medium Voltage products.
- Gather, analyze, and share relevant knowledge (customer buying behavior, industry, market, competitor, portfolio information, etc.) to drive business development.
