FPC of Ocean Springs is working with a key client in the defense industry to fill a Director, Lean Manufacturing position in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This role will play a strategic role in the transformation of a large manufacturing site and support the development of a company-wide production system.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have have proven history leading plant-level lean transformations for large manufacturing sites
- You have experience driving cultural change within an organization
- You have driven an "operating system" approach and want to be on the ground floor of development

To be considered, you’ll need:
- 10+ years of experience, proven history of lean deployment and eligible to apply for a security clearance.
