The Plant Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities over a site in the Cincinnati area. This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for Operations, Maintenance, and Safety.
Position reports to the VP of Manufacturing
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- LSS training and practical application
- 8+ years in mfg, 6+ years in leadership
- Led a workforce of at least 60 people
- Worked in a custom or ETO environment
- US Citizen or green card holder
