They are seeking a Food Scientist to support research and product development in refrigerated items and baked goods. This exciting role combines lab experimentation, formulation development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring delicious, clean-label products from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support R&D with lab-scale experiments, production trials, and formulation adjustments related to bakery science and/or starch chemistry
Record data, conduct product testing, and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate across departments to optimize product performance
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field required
1-4 years of R&D experience (bakery or cereal products preferred)
Strong technical skills in ingredient functionality and sensory analysis
