Reporting to the Director Utilities Engineering, the Senior Manager Reliability Engineering will lead an expanding team of Reliability Engineers and Automation Engineers that will develop, implement, and support the continuous improvement of Reliability Programs at a large-scale Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Maintenance, Manufacturing, Utilities Engineering and Reliability Engineering programs to ensure compliance and operational improvement of equipment systems in a pharmaceutical, cGMP manufacturing setting. • Management of CMMS data integrity and execution of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) improvements. • Manage and monitor KPIs. • Functional lead for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) initiatives. • Analyze equipment trends to ensure maintenance program effectiveness through the utilization of reliability tools including Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data based on CMMS, FMEA, RCA and systems reliability data. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering. • At least 7 years’ experience in Management of Reliability Programs and Reliability Engineers in a Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical or other FDA regulated manufacturing. • Knowledge of Reliability Engineering concepts including TPM, RCM, RBI, FMEA and RCFA. • Experience in Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound Scanning, Infrared Scanning, Oil Analysis, Eddy Current, etc. The company provides a highly visible and impactful opportunity, highly competitive compensation including salary, bonus, potential for LTI, comprehensive benefits and relocation support if required.
