Our client is looking for a strong General Manager to lead operations near Manchester, NH. Position reports to the President and is responsible for all site operations including: design & install, maintenance (annual & emergency), rentals, and sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 8+ years of people leadership, effectively managing a team of at least 10.
- Business Acumen:
- Able to understand and influence a P&L
- Business Planning
- Strategic thinking & problem solving
- Tactical field knowledge (install & maintenance) and scheduling experience.
- Bonus points if you have sales experience or had sales personnel report to you.
Compensation: $130 - $165k base
