RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible management of sustaining capital projects and minor property items
• Supervises project engineers within the department
• Pipe stress analysis
• Works jointly with process/production/design engineers in defining the scope of projects
• Oversees project cost estimates and coordinating project design and installation activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Experience planning, execution, and monitoring capital projects
• Minimum of 10 years of operational technical knowledge is required.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience with PSM regulations/training and contractor coordination
• Strong experience in PSM
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Effective organizer of work and resources
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $129,744 to $162,180 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
