The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the Target Account Strategy, as well as the direction and coordination of customer relationship management and the sales process.
The company is a mid-sized Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company specializing in Medical & Aerospace customers.

Experience discovering and qualifying potential customers against defined criteria
Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, identify and solve customer challenges, and sell value-added solutions
Proven experience in contract manufacturing, specifically in a new business development role
Demonstrated success in selling contract manufacturing services
